All ranks inherit from the lower ranks, so any bullet points listed for higher ranks contain all of the perks of the previous ones.

Update as of June 29th, 2019 - All ranks no longer reward in game cash. All in game cash can still be earned via Jobs - you just won't be able to get cash for buying a rank. Thanks for understanding!
